OBJECTIVE
The purpose of this training is to inform responsible officials and personnel at all levels regarding the legal consequences of public loss arising within administrations covered by Law No. 5018 on Public Financial Management and Control, as well as administrative loss occurring in institutions outside the scope of the Law.

CERTIFICATION
Upon completion of the 24-hour Training on Public Loss and Its Legal Consequences, participants who meet the minimum attendance requirement of 80% will be awarded a Certificate of Participation.
TUITION FEE
3,000 TL (VAT exempt)
For group applications from public institutions with four (4) or more participants: 20% discount.
Payment of training fees for public employees by their respective institutions may be made in accordance with Annex (E), Row 22(a) of the 2026 Central Government Budget Law.
The program will commence upon reaching a sufficient number of participants.
