OBJECTIVE
Engaging in folk dance enhances productivity and contributes positively to both physical and mental well-being. It helps balance the stress and fatigue of daily life through positive motivation, enabling participants to develop more effective skills in their active lives. The program aims to foster creativity and encourage new perspectives across different areas of life.
By bringing together individuals with diverse personalities around shared interests, participants have the opportunity to build lasting friendships within a supportive social environment. Folk dance activities provide a meaningful break from the stress, fatigue, and economic pressures of everyday life. Through dance and music, participants can release tension and negative energy. We invite you to join us in transforming stress into positive energy through dance.
